You need Azerbaijani and a legal income; citizenship is granted by the President. Dual citizenship is not recognised. Temporary residence is granted for work, family, investment (from AZN 500k) or a deposit (from AZN 50k); there is no separate simplified route for spouses. No official deadline is set for the citizenship decision.
